Ripple Creek Craft Distilling started with a simple idea: make great spirits without overcomplicating things.

In a former life, I lived in a big city, where good drinks were easy to find. But after moving back to small-town Pennsylvania (and with a tighter budget) I had to get more creative. If we wanted something special, we were going to have to make it ourselves. My husband, Austin, and I started experimenting at home, learning how good spirits are the foundation of great drinks. We quickly realized there was room for something new in our community: a small, local distillery focused on doing the basics well.

Together with our friends, Heather and Ryan, we set out to create a distillery that keeps things simple and honest. We produce vodka, gin, and whiskey (coming soon!) using a neutral base spirit, keeping the process clean and controlled so the final product speaks for itself.

We're building Ripple Creek slowly and carefully, using traditional methods and modern tools to craft spirits that are clean, versatile, and rooted in place. No fancy flavors or trendy infusions—just a solid foundation for whatever drink you love.
